i am currently obsessed with spin class. one 45 min class can burn up to 600 calories. three classes a week has done wonders to my legs and abs. thinking of buying a bike so i can ride around town, but might be in over my head riding on busy london streets… still i see a lot of people doing it so might see how i feel when the weather warms up! this week i’m dedicating all posts to cycling inspiration xx
